Comment Rules

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.

  1. No profanity.
  2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism.

That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.

A lot of us will be with you and your family in spirit and look forward to the lecture.

You have had such an impressive roster of speakers for these lectures it would surely bring a smile to Ariel to know his life attracted such talent. A special man indeed.

That photo always makes me smile.  It is absolutely wonderful.  The one of Karen hugging Ariel on his first day, in contrast, makes me verklempt.
My thoughts will be with you all Sunday.

Robert, I look forward to hearing this year’s lecture online.

I’m sure the pain and loss will always be a presence in your (and Karen’s) heart, but as an outsider (very outside) looking in, I feel compelled to say that you were very blessed to have Ariel in your life — even if that time together was far too short. It seems to me that he achieved far more in his short time on Earth than many men achieve in 70-80 years and I’m sure he added a multitude of blessings to your life.

    Shalom,
    Joe

P.S. – I know I’ve seen that photo before, but it is absolutely wonderful.
