We're Baaaaaack!

Okay, the software problems have finally been fixed. Thanks to my good friend Jackie Danicki for taking time out of her incredibly busy schedule to dig into the guts of Seraphic Secret and unearth the code glitches.

Thanks to all our readers who kept writing in and telling us how much they missed our postings.

So much has piled up that we hardly know where to begin. Give us a bit of time and we'll blog properly later today.

Needless to say, we missed you.

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.

1. No profanity.

2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism.

That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.

Welcome back.

I think you stated it best when I wished your computer a "refuah shlema" and you responded with:
"I'm going through severe withdrawal."

Now you know how many of us die-hard bloggers feel when we have to be away from our computers over Shabbat or Yom Tov or for a myriad of other reasons!

Pearl:

I think your "refuah shlema" did the trick.

One problem down....one to go....

Nice to have you back!!

Robert and Karen,

Welcome back. I found and read through your journal last week.

I am so sorry for your profound loss. May you continue to find comfort in each other; may your strong relationship continue to support and sustain you.

Best,

A belated Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah to everyone here.

Lisa ...Im like that too....

Robert and Karen are very refreshing since it is so rare these days to find people that wear there feelings on the sleeves.....to tell like it is...and stick to their convictions.

Looking forward to Roberts first musings of the week....

To all....Happy Hanukkah....and Merry Christmas.

Happy Chanukah to all our friends.

Robert, you did promise to translate for us so......refuah shlema.....I can't even begin to figure that one out.

Posted by: Suz at December 28, 2005 07:16 PM

Suz, if Robert doesn't mind, I'll define it. I apologize for not defining this Hebrew expression when I used it in my comment. It translates as "a speedy and complete recovery" -- when someone is sick or has broken a leg or is just plain feeling under the weather, you wish them a refuah shlema.

Posted by: Pearl at December 28, 2005 07:44 PM

Suz:

So sorry: "Refuah Shlema" Hebrew: Have a thorough recovery.

Welcome back, I missed you guys!

I am so disappointed....I was all set to see Ushpizin this weekend and I found out that it is no longer playing here in Dallas. It played here a whopping 2 weeks. :(

Stacey:

It's good to be back.

Well, I guess you'll just have to fly to Jerusalem to see the film. Enjoy!
