Israeli Hospital Bombed, Yup

From Naomi Ragen

I did not see in any foreign report, any picture, about the
bombing of Nahariyah Hospital and the destruction of its
fourth floor and the Department of Eye Diseases, in which
Arabs and Jews have been treated, and where Arab and Jewish
interns work.

Israeli propaganda is poor, weak and miserable.
Israeli propaganda even hides the truth.

Israeli propaganda depends mainly on this poor and
stammering lady, the speaker of IDF, a nice woman I would
not keep employed even to be a phone operator.

Israeli propaganda depends on the arbitrary opinions of
unofficial people.

Our defeat in the media is worse than a defeat on the
battlefield.

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.

1. No profanity.

2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism.

That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.

It may interest you to know that there was a very brief "breaking news" announcement on Fox television about the attack. Fox initially got the name wrong; it made a correction before the end of the two or three minute announcement. Also, it noted there were no injuries. That was it.

I was shocked at the news and searched the Internet for more information. An hour or so later, I found a news item from, as I recall, the Associated Press. However, the information about the hospital attack was buried two or three paragraphs down in the AP's story that dealt with other aspects of the conflict. I don't know if there was much more converage than that. Question: Imagine the publicity that such an incident would have aroused if IDF bombs had accidentally struck a hospital in Lebanon?

David:

Nobody really seems to care that rockets are rainig down on Israeli civilians indiscriminately. That there are not vast casualties is because Israel has better infastructure than Lebanon.

The Western press is always going on about Hizbulla's "social programs." Hospitals, charities, schools, blah, blah, blah. Well, that's all nonsense and propaganda, of course. When things get tough, Hizbullah hides behind civilians, launches rockets at Israel from civilian neighborhoods, and of course Israel has no choice but to strike back.

When civilians try and escape, Hizbullah do not allow them to leave. Thus the gullible Western press gives us the same story over and over again of the Lebanese refugees pounded into submission by the Israeli war machine. An utter lie.

Hizbullah are responsible for Lebanon's misery. Anyone who says otherwise is a moron and an anti-Semite.
