Los Angeles Solidarity Rally
This just in from my old friend Rabbi Abraham Cooper.
URGENT NOTICE - JOIN US
WHAT: Emergency So. California Solidarity With Israel
WHEN: Thursday * July 13th * 5:00pm
WHERE: Simon Wiesenthal Center's Museum Building
9786 West Pico Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90035
In wake of critical new developments, the Jewish Community of Southern
California is rallying for Israel at the Simon Wiesenthal Center. Join us to
stand in solidarity at this crucial time.
Center officials and elected officials will demand that the United Nations
condemn state-sponsored terrorism against Israel: "History has shown us
that for more than half a century, there has been no price to pay for the
initiators of terrorism in the Middle East," said Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder
and dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center. "It is only the responders who face
international condemnation."

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.
1. No profanity.2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism. That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.
Robert,
I wish I could join all of you at the solidarity rally. Perhaps there will be something here in Austin that I can attend. Israel is obviously on the front lines of World War 3 -- or World War 4 -- whatever you want to call it. Your insights and moral clarity, and those of Seraphic Secret's readers, will be indispensable in understanding Israel's immediate conflict and the long-term one facing all of us.

David:
You are with us in spirit. I read the long article by Podhoretz you linked the other day. I'll go with World War IV. Great article. Just great. Thanks so much. Another ex-leftie comes through.
