BBC Wipes Israel off the Map
From the BBC Radio yesterday morning:
“And later in the program, after we have heard from our correspondent in Annapolis, Maryland, we will be speaking to representatives from both sides, the Palestinians and the Americans.”
"Was this just a mistake, or was it a further subconscious glimpse into the BBC’s warped worldview?"

this whole Annapolis thing is making me sick,
and as there is no apparent way of successfully influencing the Israeli or American participants,
so may i suggest something practical that 'can' be done:
finish the Tehillim each day of the conference,
i undertake to do Kappitels 110 -120
can we get enough people to take on 10 Kappitels,
so that all 150 are finished every day?
(if not, am willing to take on more than 10)

Or maybe they're just telling the truth. America is negotiating with the Palestinians to give away Israel's land. If Olmert is going to act like an American puppet, why shouldn't the BBC treat him as such (and disregard him).

Interesting question. My first response was that it was a complete mistake, but a totally Freudian one because the BBC wishes Israel did not exist. I then thought I might be wrong there. The BBC has completely bought into the Arab/Muslim belief that Israel is an illegitimate occupier of Palestinian lands. That being the case, it in fact does not exist, in which case there was no misstatement. The two sides two any debate are the Palestinians, and the Great Satan, with the latter being the spokesperson for the pesky/evil Jewish occupants of the non-country more commonly known in BBC circles as the Little Satan.
Life is very simple if you're at the BBC: Hate the Jew. Hate Israel. Everything falls into place from there. As for me, I think the world would be an infinitely better place if Britain would defund the BBC, which I believe is a truly evil, amoral and often immoral bureaucratic institution.
