I don't claim to be politically savvy, but it seems to me that in order for your recommendations to be effected, the current government in Israel needs to be overthrown. Otherwise, you're just preaching to the choir.

Since the Arabs seem to value their holy sites much more than their children, and in the light of their desecration of all Jewish holy sites within their reach, I have long thought that Israel should simply tell them that every Qassam that falls on Israeli soil will cause a brick to be removed from the Al Aqsa Mosque. Every Israeli murdered by Qassams, Katushas, drive-bys or suicide killers would be worth a wall. A mass killing should equal a plastique charge. When the Al Aqsa excrescence has been eradicated from our Temple Mount there will be other targets. In fact, if I were free to make policy, I might just tell them that if Israel is attacked militarily, the next time you want to make a pilgrimage to visit the Ka’ba you’d better plan to take a Geiger Counter and a very long rappelling rope. I'm all for any serious consequences to Muslim atrocities for their attacks on the Jewish state, on Jewish lives, and Jewish holy places. For some reason the world thinks it's sophisticated foreign policy to infantalize world Muslims, by allowing them to escape the mildest censure, not to mention the severest military punishments, thus enabling their ongoing barbarities.

By the way, the American war ships should have blown the Iranians out of the water in the Straits of Hormuz and taught them a lesson in gun boat diplomacy. The Republican Guards were testing our Navy and we lost. Badly.

I must admit that from time to time I have occasionally found your views to be a tad... extreme.
However, I heartily agree with your "Victory" manifesto. There is absolutely nothing objectionable about it.
Nonetheless, perhaps I might offer food for thought:
We are never going to be able to defeat Islamic/ Arabist fascist death cults through force of arms.
Not the US; not Israel.
I would humbly suggest that directed propaganda via all forms of media (I have written this before to nearly universal disapprobation)would do far more than military might to delegitimize the Islamo Arab Jihaddis than almost any other action that we could take.
I would also suggest that massive investment in both the private and public sector into making energy sources other than oil would also massively disrupt the current "Islamic Reformation" by taking away their funding.

Thanks so much for your comment. I agree with you. Along with force of arms there should be a strong propaganda effort. Unfortunately, my buddies in Hollywood are a useless bunch of jihadist appeasers. Maybe they will learn. Maybe they won't. Only time will tell.

I'm the last person in the world to discount the importance of propaganda. But let me emphasize, the propaganda in Japan only worked after the atom bombs were dropped. As for oil, well, yes, absolutely, Saudi Arabia and Iran are just geographical freaks. No oil, no power. Those countries would just sink back to the 7th century and no one in America would give a crap.

My main concern at the moment is with Israel's survival. Only a massive show of strength and firepower will assure the Jewish State of a long life. Olmert's slide into appeasement is slow motion suicide.

I always thought that your plan was the idea behind withdrawal from Gaza. Too bad it did not turn out that way. But I agree with you completely.
