Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.
1. No profanity.2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism. That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.

This is a still from Red River (1948), starring John Wayne, Montgomery Clift and Joanne Dru, one of the greatest Westerns ever.
Pictured are Clift and Dru. She's just been shot by a poisoned Indian arrow. He's gonna cut the shaft, yank the arrow-head, OUCH! Then suck the poisoned blood from the wound, and spit it out. Joanne slaps him. Hard. Cause, y'know, she loves-hates him. I'm leaving out some exposition, but you get the point.
You must see this movie. It's also got one of the greatest scores ever written for a movie by the great Dimitri Tiomkin.
