Ads 4 Israel
Our friend David Suissa has created a series of ads in support of Israel:
Up against the anti-Israel, anti-Semitic machine propelled by the Arab world, it has been hard to fight back and give Israel the image she deserves. As a gift to Israel for her 60th birthday, David Suissa has put his advertising talent and his passion for Israel together in a new organization called ads4israel. Take a minute to check out the ads he created — they are brilliant!

1. No profanity.2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism. That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.

Very well-done ads. But...
The primary opponents of Israel in the U.S. are the "progressives" and these people are unlikely to be positively influenced by knowing about Israel's scientific prowess. Indeed, the fact that Israel is an advanced society is one of the primary reasons for "progressive" hostility toward that country. To them, it's a bug, not a feature.

I happen to agree with you. Since almost all anti-Zionism is Jew-hatred in disguise, these ads, though clever and lovely, are meaningless. Jew-hatred is a pathological state where morality is turned on its head. No doubt these ads will be viewed as proof of Israel/Jewish perfidy.

And therefore David should do what he does best and maybe, just maybe his ads will have some positive impact. But we should not fool ourselves that this kind of “defensive action” can have a profound effect against jihadists, their enablers, and the fashionable Jew-hatred disguised as “legitimate anti-Zionism.”
Rather, we should recognize a single hard truth: Defeating the enemy on the battlefield is always decisive.

Oh of course they (the ads) won't help....except to preach to the choir. Rational arguments don't seem to make any difference in the face of virulent anti-semitism. It's just nice to see someone giving it a try.
