![]()
Moshe Tzvi Holtzberg with Sandra Samuel, the courageous Indian nanny who
saved Moshe's life when she spirited Rabbi Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg's ZT'L son

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.
1. No profanity.2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism. That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.
She was great.

Samuel is an unusual name for an Indian.

The hand of G-d was clearly with this heroic woman and this young child. That out of the heartbreaking murderous tragedy could come such an inspiring, hope filled story is nothing short of miraculous.

Bless her heart, and I hope things are expedited to allow her to remain with this precious little one.
What a horrifying atrocity. I wish I didn't expect we will see much more of this sort of thing.

My heart pains for this little sweetie. He is a reminder to all of us that we are in Galus.

Isn't a belief among the Jewish people that if you "save a life you save the world"?
In these situations one never knows who will show great courage -

You can contribute to helping the Holtzberg children (and to rebuilding the Mumbai Chabad House) here.
