Obama Gets Cozy with Jew-haters

In Gaza Jesus, Arafat and Obama are, um, G-ds. Theology gone wild.
Obama's move to participate in Durban 2 is in line with a sharp repositioning of American policy. Where Israel has been treated as the ally it is, now Obama will treat it as an equal to Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, etc. and it will defer American policy to anti-Israel organizations like the United Nations.
Friends and supporters of Israel should not deceive themselves into thinking that the Obama Administration is friendly toward Israel. Changing America's position on Durban 2 is a very troubling and hostile act.
Full story here.
This is shocking, just shocking.
I mean, who would have expected this kind of supine foreign policy from a man who spent over 20-years as a member of a Jew-hating church?
In fact, Obama has stacked his Mideast team with a solidly anti-Israeli group.
I think it's safe to assert that American Jews, who voted overwhelmingly for Obama, were and are in denial. Or they are idiots. Personally, I believe most American Jews suffer from cognitive dissonance. They have been born and bred as “good liberals” and the overwhelming evidence that liberalism is now a comfortable home for Jew haters and Israel haters is rejected or ignored. I used to be a lever-pulling Democrat, but my eyes were opened during the disastrous Carter administration. I switched to the Republican party and have never looked back. Carter has proven, time and again, to be a Jew-hater, an enabler of terrorism and a supporter of practically every totalitarian regime on planet earth. Obama is proving to be Carter II.

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.
1. No profanity.2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism. That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.
Thanks Robert for bringing up the US participation at the Durban 2 conference.
I was enraged when I read about it this past week.
I have already emailed my NY state representatives stating my disgust.
I urge all US Jews to do the same.

What did Jews expect when they voted for a guy who sat in a church where the Reverend Wright railed against Israel and promoted Hamas?
Oh, he did? Really? Those who voted for him were SO willing to forgo all the evidence (which, Robert, you and many others spelled out pretty clearly) that Obama was not going to be for Israel in any way shape or form.
The appalling ignorance of American Jews just makes me sick. It took..it's not even a month, and Obama has managed to bring back a whole boatload of these..call 'em like they are...anti-Semites...and of course, none of these are subject to approval by anyone besides our new Pharoah.
I just want to tear my hair out and scream. It wsan't like it was anything hidden...we WILLFULLY ignored every sign and bit of evidence, and now, Israel is in deep trouble. We should all say t'hillim, because Israel now has an enemy in the White House, and if anyone disagrees, show me the evidence against what Robert wrote? The news is worsening by the week on the Obama front.

This is exactly the behavior you'd expect from a guy who sat under Wright. (I can't call him a reverend or his business entity a church, because neither word is descriptive).
It is a dreadful reverse course of policy to send a U.S. delegation to help plan Durban 2 and unbelievable that Obama would try to cover it by saying they'd later decide if the U.S. would participate.
I also read at NRO about a couple of instances when the U.S. delegation was mute rather than issuing a protest or disagreement. That certainly was revealing of its character.
What would it take for Americans Jews to realize the anti-Semitism within the administration? I ask that without sarcasm.
This action is evil and is dire for Israel and for our country. I take very seriously the promise of G-d that He will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel.

A particularly egregious web site, unfortunately looks like American based.
