California Imam Calls for Murder of Jews

We hear endless warnings from the left about Islamophobia. Every time an IslamoNazi terrorist leaves a pile of bloody corpses the coastal elite self-righteously posture about a backlash against Muslims.

But because the west is incredibly tolerant such a backlash has never taken place.

In fact, the only Islamophobia that exists is between Sunni and Shia, an endless loop of sectarian slaughter that has been going on since the 7th century.

Thus, all across the middle east we have endless warfare between Islamist sects. But the liberal western media takes no notice. It’s as if the mountains of dead are invisible because when Muslim kills Muslim—according to the soft bigotry of the postmodern liberal—it’s, y’know, natural.

This is the same grotesque psychological mechanism whereby black-on-black violence in the inner city is a non-issue for all those social justice warriors who are invested in painting white America as racist.

And so IslamoNazis continue their global reign of terror. In addition, they fight a stealth jihad which involves the propagation of Jew-hatred and Christian-hatred. I’ve never heard one liberal news source worry about Muslim religious bigotry. Nor do liberals progressives ever comment about the endless calls from the Muslim world for the murder, AKA genocide, of the Jewish people in Israel and outside the Jewish state.

In England, France, Sweden, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Turkey, the murder of Jews is justified by hatred of Israel — which is postmodern anti-Semitism. We have been told that Muslims in America are not like those Muslims in Europe who thirst for Jewish blood. But of course, wherever Islam takes root, a medieval Jew-hatred follows.

Linda Sarsour, the current darling of the left, is a Jew-hating IslamoNazi who uses the language of social justice to further the cause of jihad. She’s just smart enough not to call for the extermination of Jews. At least not publicly.

But an IslamoNazi Imam at the Islamic Center of Davis in California was not so circumspect.

This is from my good friends at the Simon Wiesenthal Center here in Los Angeles:

The Simon Wiesenthal Center (SWC) called on Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly to launch an immediate investigation of Imam Ammar Shahin (pictured), the imam of the Islamic Center of Davis in California, for inciting to murder Jews.

In a letter to Secretary Kelly, SWC Associate Dean and Global Social Action Director Rabbi Abraham Cooper and Rabbi Yitzchok Adlerstein, SWC Interfaith Affairs Director, quoted from Shahin’s sermon, which said in part;

“The Prophet Muhammad said: ‘Judgment Day will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews… Oh Allah, liberate the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the filth of the Jews…. Oh Allah, count them one by one and annihilate them down to the very last one. Do not spare any of them…Oh Allah, make this happen by our hands. Let us play a part in this. Oh Allah, let us support them in words and in deeds. Oh Allah, let us support them in words and in deeds. Oh Allah, let us support them in words and in deeds.” *

Cooper and Adlerstein added, “Secretary Kelly, as you know, Imam Ammar Shahin has deployed a tried and true script that has been used by Islamist extremists to incite murder and mayhem around the world. By explicitly urging Muslims to annihilate all Jews by their own hands, Shahin has crossed the line beyond protected speech. Homeland Security knows better than anyone else that Islamist terrorism — fueled by religious fanatics — constitutes the number one threat to the safety and security of the American people. In addition, American Jews are the number one target of religious-based hate crimes in our nation.”

They concluded, “As such we believe that US authorities, led by Homeland Security, have an obligation to fully investigate and take all appropriate actions in response to this explicit call to murder Jews.”

Center officials also contacted the US Attorney’s office to launch their own investigation and is urging public officials in California and across the country to denounce Imam Ammar Shahin.

Words fail. To think of the lives lost in WW II. To consider that in less than 70 years the ugly specter of anti-Semitism increasingly manifested itself all the greater as Muslims spread throughout Europe and America. It is really overwhelming to think not only of the words and deeds perpetuating this foul and evil ideology. Even more so is the response of many which borders on indifference.

Oh, but let a Christian pastor utter such words about Muslims and the outrage would make that over Trump seem miniscule. I’m a man of limited means, so I have little to offer beyond some thoughts, questions, and my prayers. We in dire need of leaders who are willing to do what so few of them appear unwilling to do: confront this growing menace and make it known that this cannot and will not be tolerated in this nation.

Most people don’t realize that there was a meeting and a pact between Hitler and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem in which the agreed to liquidate the Jews. There was even a Muslim SS corps. Islamism and Nazism are quite compatible.

Not being such a good student of history, I was one of those people. It was last year I read a comment which had a reference to Nazi/Islam connection. At the time, I didn’t pursue the question. Your response prompted me to do so.

As always with such matters, there’s the question resources. I turned to one I’ve use sporadically in the past, The Jewish Virtual Library. There are two short articles. One is “The Holocaust: The Mufti and the Führer” and the second is “The Holocaust: The Mufti’s Conversation with Hitler.” ***

Given, as you have indicated, the compatibility of Islam and Nazism, one would have thought that after the struggles of Europe and America with the latter during WW II they would have been attuned to the threats of the former. I suppose the struggle for freedom-loving people is a never-ending one.

One complicating factor is that in the West there is — at least to some extent still — freedom of religion and freedom of expression. Which means that the enemies of freedom can use the freedom they have to attack the west from inside. And while it may be tempting to do so, chipping away at the right of free speech is not a solution. Especially not when it is done stupidly, as in France (where islamist hate speech is left basically untouched while non-violent religious symbols like burqas are banned).
As has often be said, you fight wrong speech with right speech. If left wing politics stand in the way of right speech, push for more freedom, not less.
The other answer is the basic human right of self defense. Unfortunately that right has been abrogated in Europe, and nearly so in left wing states in the US.
