Murders in Baltimore are up 100% since last year. Arrests are down 50%. A total of 29 people were shot, including nine who died over Memorial Day Weekend. Police officers are making about 45% fewer arrests than comparable times in previous years. This is Baltimore’s deadliest weekend since 1999.
