Obamacare has nothing to do with health.
The redefinition of marriage to include same sex couples (why not polygamy?) has nothing to do with civil or human rights.
And gun control has nothing to do with curbing violence.
These social justice movements—code for Marxism—are methods whereby our civil society is undermined by the radical forces of big government.
As a Hollywood screenwriter, I pride myself on having a pretty vivid imagination.
But I have to admit that the average liberal/Democrat/progressive manages to come up with anti-gun narratives that are, to put it mildly, beyond imagination.
Yesterday, Seraphic Secret highlighted some liberal rape prevention advice from the University of Colorado Springs, which included telling women to vomit, urinate, or tell the attacker they have a disease. As if making yourself less attractive will dissuade a rapist. I suppose liberals have not received the memo that rape is more about dominance than sex.
Now comes another liberal Democrat, Colorado State Senator Ulaberri—must be the legalization of pot—who adds ball point pens to the mighty arsenal of liberal self-defense.
When Democrats talks about a living breathing constitution, they are really talking about rewriting the Constitution to fit their fashionable PC ideology—whatever that might be on in any particular voting cycle.
And when Democrats talk about gun control, they are really talking about the banning and confiscation of all weapons purchased by law-abiding citizens. Like totalitarians everywhere, Democrats want to centralize power and weapons in the hands of the state. The fact that they are also centralizing power in the murderous paws of millions of various criminal enterprises is, to liberals, a big yawn. In fact, the criminals reliably vote the Democrat ticket because they know who best represents their interests. So, in a very real sense, the Democrats are pandering to their base.
Seraphic Secret also finds is fascinating that the very people who wail and gnash their teeth about ”gun violence” are the very people who oppose capital punishment for the very barbarians who gleefully slaughter innocent citizens with weapons obtained illegally.

In the world according to liberals, the 70-year-old coach would be unarmed so the thugs could beat him to death, then rape and murder the female students.
Actually, stories like this take place every single day in America. But the media deliberately fail to report such incidents because:
1. Guns are evil — as are forks, which make you fat and give you heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes, thus raising the cost of health care for everyone. Under Obamacare, fat people will be eliminated as too expensive.
2. Self-defense is politically incorrect. Better to die as part of a politically correct collective. In this way, Piers Morgan will sing your praises to his minuscule audience.
