Let the Palestinians earn the right to a state—though one could argue that happy-go-lucky Gaza is the Palestinian state—by acting responsibly and giving up terrorism. Believe me, if terrorism were taken off the table, that would be a game changer. Tragically, the Palestinians have built a toxic tribal culture that is reliant on violence, murder, intimidation and Jew-hatred.
