Egyptian Candid Jew Camera

It’s been a terrible few days for Israel and America.

In the wake of all the death and destruction in Bulgaria and Colorado it’s time for some, ahem, entertainment.

From happy-go-lucky Egypt.

In these clips the Egyptian producers inform their guests, candid camera style, that they are, in fact, on Israeli Television.

To say that the actors lose their cool would be an understatement.

Let the hilarity commence.

Most telling is when the actors are told the truth and everyone makes up. The malignant Jew-hatred is just taken for granted by all concerned.

Comment Rules

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.

  1. No profanity.
  2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism.

That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.

What’s astonishing is that the producers/interviewer kept repeating the same prank even after the interviewer was struck the first time around. Gosh, the people on that show must hate Jews a lot if they are willing to continue subjecting themselves to so much abuse.

Wow! What a great show. I bet it runs for centuries until they run out of Jew haters. All the pathos of Meet The Press combined with the deep insight of The Benny Hill Show. I wonder if Newton Minnow would change his thinking about American TV. These guys make The Beverly Hillbillies look like Shakespeare.

Then again, maybe we are being too hard on the Egyptians. They are such a young and new country and civilization. And of course the Catholics had the Inquisition and of course The Crusades so muslims will catch up to us in 500 years or so. Or so I’m told by apologists whenever I complain about 9-11 or the latest You Tube beheading.

And how can you have a studio full of young men and still allow the guy to punch a woman? I guess they are a little behind on the chivalry thing too.

They claim this guy’s a comedian. Can you imagine? “Either you laugh or I shoot!”

My favorite moment: He puts his arm around the woman he assaulted and says: “You brought it on yourself.”

Which is exactly what he would say about a Jew he just murdered.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Incredibly patronizing. And she just laps it up.

Did you catch the exchange about how she fell after only one punch? They were shocked! I guess most Egyptian women can take a few shots to the head before collapsing. They get lots of practice at home.

“Happy Go-Lucky Egypt”? I’m reminded of the scene in The Producers With the black-cladded dancing SS high stepping it like the Rockettes ;-)

I am glad that I was able to see Egypt when I did.

Wow. Just wow. There are no words. Wrong on so many levels.

And to think, these are prominent people in Egypt. Not some backwoods yahoos a’ la Jerry Springer. And look how they act! One can only imagine how that first guy treats his wife. Time for everyone with a conscience to boycott tourism to that country.

I’m sure he treats his wife (or wives) just fine … so long as she behaves!

And these are the young people, the ones behind the supposedly liberalizing Arab Spring. What a joke.
