Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, begins Sunday evening.
It is traditional to greet the New Year with some new outfits. Maayan’s adorable dress reflects a discernible trend towards a return to patterns.

Mary Katrantzou’s Typewriter dress. The ancient, pre-computer writing device is an Olivetti Lettera 35.
Perhaps the most interesting designer on the scene now is Mary Katrantzou, whose bold prints, inspired by lampshades, typewriters and Faberge eggs, are all the rage.
And though most women play it safe wearing sold colored shoes with print outfits, Maayan is a risk-taker, pairing her warm botanical dress with cool leopard spots.
Maayan Ariel wishes all our friends and relatives a lovely and meaningful Shabbat, and a

Maayan is adorable – and it appears from her pose that she has some awareness of that. I wish a very happy New Year to you and all of your family.
