iPad vs. oPad

Apple’s iPad was released—as I’m sure you all know—last Saturday.

Will it be a hit?

I have no idea.

Hope so, we own a lot of Apple stock.

But the true game changer is coming from Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrat Socialist Party of America.

Heeeeer’es the oPad!

H/T Bookworm Room.

Comment Rules

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.

  1. No profanity.
  2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism.

That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.

I don’t know how else to contact you. I recently made Aliyah w my family from Teaneck, NJ. I used to blog for Virtual Jerusalem.com. and my blog was called “Ask Avigail” The premise is the pov of a Biblical era advice columnist @ the time of Moses. I used to be a Jewish standup and had a show called CONFESSIONS OF AN EX PURIM QUEEN. Iam also a cartoonist. Would it be possible to send you an excerpt of ASK AVIGAIL in hopes you may want to host me as a feature on your Seraphic Secrets. I was confused about Seraphic Press. Do you publish books? It would make a terrific “coffee table” book (I’ll bring the coffee and Splenda). I read your article in the Jerusalem Report while sitting in a Drs office in Netanya, trying to overcome a weak American immune system while picking up every virus strain in Ha’aretz. By the way, although a Balachuv and ardent Zionist I find that, for a people noted for their humor, people often take offense at my funny (but irreverent) slant on the Bible. The simple fact that I would use Moses as a source of comedy would warrant a place in the Hall of Heretics (albeit, THEY ALL ARE JEWS). Remember that book we all got as kids to instill our sense of pride as we ran home from Hebrew School with the local JDs flailing car antennae at us?) Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you and hope you had a lovely Pesach. (We went to Jerusalem just to avoid sandblasting our apt for chumetz.

    Johnny,
Did you spring for the cassette tape back up and the 300 baud modem? I hear this Internet is the next big thing.

From watching You Tube, the biggest use of an iPad seem to be getting smashed to bits.
Me, I’m happy with my Commodore 64 though I’ve heard some good things about those IBM XTs. I hear there is a program called Lotus 123 that might be useful.

Just send a check for, oh, $27,000 to the IRS and in a few years you’ll definitely get your oPad.
