The blood of Iranian dissidents runs in the streets of Tehran, but the Obama administration is still anxious to talk with the mullahs about their nuclear program because, well, the Islamic tyrants are obviously so reasonable.
You see, Barack Hussein Obama does not want to meddle—no soaring rhetoric for those who are begging for it—in Iranian politics because, according to the Obama doctrine, all regimes are sacrosanct and we Americans don’t have the moral authority to distinguish between good and evil, democracies and totalitarian states.
Except when it comes to Israel.
Jooz, for Obama, are another matter.
Not only does Obama feel obliged to meddle in Israeli politics, but he actually feels justified in deciding where Jews can and cannot live in the Jewish homeland, and whether they can build an addition to their homes because they have the chutzpah to have children.
Indeed, twenty years mentored by Jew-hating Jeremiah Wright certainly gives weight to Obama’s moral authority.
No wonder the brave Persian dissidents are turning to Israel for aid. They, like the mullahs, understand that Obama is a weakling, a reflexive appeaser.
Obama might think he’s being pragmatic as he gives legitimacy to the murderous mullahs. He might fool himself into believing that by force of his magical charisma, he’ll convince the mullahs to abandon their nuclear ambitions.
But, in fact, Obama is practicing positive reinforcement—for evil.
The mullahs are not Brian Williams, who literally bowed to Obama after a recent interview/love-fest. The mullahs are not the NY Times, the LA Times, Newsweek, or Time magazine, media that are nothing more than an extension of Obama’s powerful PR machine.
The mullah are brutal Islamic theocrats—they stone women to death, deny the Holocaust even as they plan another, hang homosexuals, slice off limbs as punishment for various crimes—and they have no intention of stepping back from their tyranny, from their nuclear program, or from their repeated promises to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.
Fortunately, Benjamin Netanyahu and the Israeli public understand the mullahs just perfectly. That’s why Bibi was elected, to deal with the Persian nuclear threat, and by extension, Hizbullah’s massively growing arsenal of long-range missiles in Lebanon.
Israel also understands that Obama is an enemy of the Jewish state, thus, once again, the Jewish people stand alone against a genocidal enemy.
Sigh.
What else is new?
But here’s the good news: at least the geo-political situation is clear.
The Israel Air Force’s F-15 fleet is undergoing an upgrade, with systems that make it better equipped for complex long distance attack scenarios. The systems are being installed in both the F-15 and the F-15I — a model of the F-15 that was developed by its U.S. manufacturer specifically for the IAF.
According to IDF journal BaMachaneh, the F-15I model is currently being fitted with two new systems — one called “Barad Pelada” (“Steel Hail”), and another named Lightning.
The Barad Pelada advanced weapons system has been operational in the IAF’s F-16s for almost four years, but had to be modified in order to fit the F-15.
Barad Pelada is an advanced Israeli armament that operates like a smart bomb. “The system is unique in that it is able to plan the bombing in an accurate way by identifying the target from above,” a knowledgeable source in the IAF explained. “After the identification, the system carries out guidance to the target and only then is impact made.”

Dear Robert: The world community are not only moral morons regarding Israel, they are moral morons regarding the so-called “Palestinians,” who they don’t care about except as cat’s paws to finish off Israel for them. They’d love it if Israel were wiped off the earth. Then they could hold weep-ins for the Jews, and pretend to be moved, the way they pretend to be moved by Anne Frank, may the al-mighty avenge her blood.
If world opinion and the world media and the U.N. really wsanted to help the “Palestinians,” they would say “It was the Arab states who refused to accept the 1947 U.N. partition plan, and attacked Israel, forcing israel to expel some of its Arabs. Other Arabs left voluntarily, thinking Israel would be defeated in a week and they could come back and loot Jewish property. This is called ‘betting on the wrong horse.’ It has been the Arab states who kept the Arabs who left Israel, both those that were expelled and those who left voluntarily, and their descendants, rotting in refugee camps for 61 years. The Arab states do this in order to say to the world ‘Look, you have to kick the Jews out in order to make room for these poor people.’ The time has come for the Arab states in general, and Jordan, which is at least 3/5ths of mandatory Palestine, in particular, to cut the re-bop, as Stanley Kowalski would say, and take in the “Palestinians,” the way Israel took in the Jews who were expelled form the Arab lands, where
Jews had lived for millenia.” The “Palestinians” are, culturally, linguistically, hstorically, every other bloody way, ARABS.

It isn’t as if we weren’t forewarned. Obama’s mentors and associates, from his childhood, were radical socialists, national socialists, anarchists and communists. They anti-capitalists and anti-Semites of the first order with plans of violence to achieve their ends. What continues to baffle me is how large masses of people in the U.S. still believe that despite associations with the likes of KHalidi, Ayers, Wright, F.M. Davis and others, Obama emerged unaffected.
Fortunately, Europeans seem to be realizing that Obama is not who the Americans believe him to be and that if anything, he is making, or at least causing the U.S. to become insignificant. I hope Israeli leadership doesn’t attribute to him influence he no longer has or, for that matter, deserves.

Obama, like far too many Democrats, seems to have a warm spot for the worst regimes on this planet. Obama has systematically shunted aside some of our best allies—Israel, Japan, Taiwan—and embraced the world of radical Islam. And as with Clinton and Bush, the north Koreans continue to snooker America at every turn.

If the Honduran Supreme Court had any Jews on it Obama would have sent in the 101st Airborne to restore Zelaya. Can’t have those Jooz making decisions the smartest president ever disagrees with.

It doesn’t matter how accurate the IAF bombs are. They will be accused of a disproportionate response no matter what. Every enemy of Israel is an innocent civilian just trying to make a living on their farm.

Let’s be fair, Robert; Obama has now meddled with a 2nd country…Honduras.
The Hondurans have exiled their Chavez-lite dictator-wannabee, Manual Zelaya, because he was going forth with a Honduran Constitutionally-illegal move to get rid of term limits and give himself an extra term in office…kind of like his buddy Chavez. The referendum vote to take place on Sunday was in violation of that constitution, in defiance of the Honduran Supreme Court and legislature.
OUR Marxist el-Presidente Obama is “deeply concerned” about this; it took about 10 minutes for him to open his big mouth on this, unlike the week or so it took for him to say much of anything about the Iranians being murdered by the Ayatollah/Ahmadinejad regime. Hillary is also condemning the peaceful overthrow of a tinpot dictator, and the entire Leftist leadership of the Americas is coming together to condemn the actions of the Honduran people, though of course, the AP story I saw on Yahoo just said “leaders”, and not “jackbooted thugs like Chavez and Evo Morales”, which would have been more honest.
It makes one wonder…or maybe not…why Obama and Hillary would rush to condemn a(nother) thug like Zelaya. But let’s just be straightforward here, and not just say it’s Israel that is being meddled with!
