Obama Promises Inquiry on Airmen Attack—Huge Sigh of Relief

Obama-Bows.jpg

President Obama says the government will “spare no effort” to determine why two American airmen were killed and two others were wounded in a shooting in Frankfurt, Germany.

Full story here.

Now come on, admit it, the first thought that popped into your head when you heard about an attack on American servicemen in Germany was that it must be a Mormon, a Catholic priest or a right-wing Evangelical who pulled the trigger.

Or maaaybe one of those evil, Zionist Jooz Louis Farrakahn—Jeremiah Wright’s BFF—is blaming for all the world’s ills.

I mean, who else would perpetrate such an act of evil?

My goodness, seems our Chief Community Organizer didn’t receive the truly shocking and unexpected memo that the terrorist, Arid Uka, 21, screamed “Allahu Akhbar” as he gunned down our servicemen.

Yup, it’s really a mystery why this German-born, devout Muslim slaughtered American soldiers.

And as long as it remains a mystery—or a man-caused disaster—to Barack Hussein Obama and his clueless administration, we in the West will continue to be sitting ducks for the jihadists who are determined to destroy Western civilization.

Comment Rules

Seraphic Secret is private property, that's right, it's an extension of our home, and as such, Karen and I have instituted two Seraphic Rules and we ask commentors to act respectfully.

  1. No profanity.
  2. No Israel bashing. We debate, we discuss, we are respectful. You know what Israel bashing is. The world is full of it. Seraphic Secret is one of the few places in the world that will not tolerate this form of anti-Semitism.

That's it. Break either of these rules and you will be banned.

Actually, the first thing I thought was to check my watch so I could start the countdown to the official FBI announcement of there being no connection to terrorism.
Then I had some thoughts about how this sort of attack, of people just outside of an airport’s security screen, were recently projected as the next most likely targets.
I’ve quoted you and linked to you here: http://consul-at-arms2.blogspot.com/2011/03/re-obama-promises-inquiry-on-airmen.html

When the first unsuccessful attack on the twin towers occurred, it was pretty hard to find the real motivations of the culprits based on a casual reading of the news. I always felt this was an anti-terror tactic. I say this because the entire point of a terrorist attack is the spread fear and thereby gain some measure of control over a society or people. If you deny them the publicity of their cause attached to the act, you basically make their sacrifice null and void – or at least dilute it and make it something that can be ignored. Presumably making future efforts less likely.
Of course, this can have unintended consequences, like the terrorists shouting much louder – as in 9/11.

Obama is busy. First he has to track down the mysterious guy dressed in red that leaves gifts for children on December 25. Then he will find out how those baskets of candy and eggs are left for children on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the vernal equinox.
Those mysteries are easier for Obama to figure out than what motivates a man to shout Allahu Akhbar while shooting at American servicemen.
Let him finish his waffles and polish his peace prize while he makes out the guest list for the next White House concert and party. Some things are just too important to put aside for a little terrorist attack.

    Bill:
I can tell you exactly how Obama and the other enablers of jihad will spin it: “This attack has nothing to do with Islam. And anyone who says that it does is a bigot.”

Well the gunman shouted “Allahu Akbar” as he shot them. Don’t know how Obama can spin this.
