But of course these people are merely anti-Zionist, not a bunch of ignorant, genocidal-yearning, frothing-at-the-mouth Jew-haters.

    Sometimes I really and truly wonder where the heads of my more liberal brethren are when they ignore or flat out deny things like this still exist.  If you can read about blood libel in a textbook and learn that, historically, Christians in Europe accused Jews of using the blood of human sacrifices for their rites, then how do you fail to see the same thing happening now?  Either it is always blood libel when someone makes those claims, or it is not.  You can’t simultaneously hold that making these claims was blood libel in the past but is not blood libel in the present.  It doesn’t work that way.  There’s not even any parallels to be drawn – it’s the same exact language.  

    The more I read and think about what I’m reading, the more irked I find myself becoming – funny how the world changes when your filters start to come down a bit…)

      The left has decided to align with Islam on the basis of: “The enemy of my enemy is my friend.” Thus, Jew-hatred is turned into anti-Colonialism, terrorists are rebranded freedom fighters. The left fetishizes the noble savage. You should get a load of all the blond haired, blue-eyed Scandinavian babes who hang in Judea and Samaria with their bad boy Arab Muslim boyfriend-Jew killers.

    When I see such complete and utter nonsense (and out of deference to Rule 1 of this site, I am speaking very politely), I have the urge to retort: “Y’know, I never did like those weird-looking pink matzot with that odd metallic taste.”

      This utter nonsense is fact in the Arab Muslim world. Which should outrage decent people everywhere but, alas, is invisible to those who blame Israel for the dysfunctional Muslim world.
