ObamaCare was never about health, never about insurance, and never concerned with the poor and disadvantaged.
Those are simply the rhetorical means by which the Democrat party seized and continues to seize unprecedented levers of power.
Democrats achieve their aims by taxing the middle class—calling them rich— and creating a whirlwind of oppressive laws and Byzantine regulations that stifle individual initiative. The goal of the Democrat party is to create a society of one-size-fits-all, where government becomes the arbiter for every decision in the life cycle.
The postmodern Democrat party has become a mirror of classic Marxism. Sure, the Democrats appease with rhetorical bows to the free market. But with coercive laws and by shamelessly demonizing the opposition, the Democrats have boldly embraced the tactics and strategies of authoritarian regimes.
When there is a Republican POTUS, Democrats self-righteously lecture that “dissent is the highest form of patriotism.”
But with Obama in power, dissent is the quickest way to an IRS audit.
The scenario is one we normally associate with the old Soviet Union.

A citizen has cancer. His insurance policy is cancelled because of ObamaCare. Our unfortunate citizen has the chutzpah to appear on Fox and tell his story.
