Both Israel and America are the only two countries on the face of the earth that were founded upon the twin ideas of religious and national liberty.
America is made up of a people who fled illiberal, intolerant countries in order to become Americans. Israel is the biblical home of the Jewish people who, after millenia of exile, oppression and genocide, returned to their homeland in order to become a free people.
