Barack Obama spent eight years enabling Iran through a nuclear deal which guarantees them a nuclear device within 10-15 years, and by showering them with money, several million in hard cash — money laundering, anyone? For this America has earned the well-deserved contempt of not just Iran, but Israel and the Sunni states.
When there were seventeen Republicans running to carry the GOPs standard against the Democrats, I supported Carly Fiorino. When Carly suspended her campaign, I shifted to Marco Rubio. When Rubio lost his home state of Florida and dropped out of the race, I supported Ted Cruz.
People kept asking me, what happens if Trump wins the nomination?
I shrugged off the question because I just did not believe the Donald would prevail.
I have a few thoughts to share after South Carolina.
I have been trying to understand the Trump phenomenon since his ascent. Those who support him tell me two things: “He tells it like it is” and “He’s strong.”
When I probe further it becomes clear that people are responding to his blunt, unrehearsed language, statements that have not been focus-tested. In short, Trump’s language is anti-PC. He says things that are outrageous. But their very outrageousness places them outside of the accepted PC word usage.
