The job of a journalist is to report facts, add context where necessary, and leave it to the consumer to decide what he thinks. In this video, James O’Keefe, founder and president of Project Veritas, explains why fewer and fewer people trust modern-day “journalism.”

American Media Cheers Stalinist Propaganda at the Olympics

Ever since President Trump won the election the left has been spreading the dopey fantasy that America is now living in The Handmaid’s Tale. A world where regiments of red clad women live at the whim of a totalitarian state.
The recent film, a turgid piece of left wing propaganda (based on a clunky novel by the untalented Canadian left wing nut case Margaret Atwood) has been celebrated as a cautionary tale about the evils of Trump and Melania and Pence and Ivanka, and… whatever.
And now we have the spectacle of the leftwing media being super-charmed by an actual brigade of red clad women who move and speak and sing in robotic synch — like a bunch of, um, handmaidens.
I’m speaking of of the rigor mortis smiling North Korean Olympic cheerleaders who have caused the western media to go absolutely gaga.

Ally by Michael B. Oren, Ambassador to Chelm
New Jersey born historian Michael B. Oren was a Zionist inspired-teenager, who, in 1970, when shaking hands with the Israeli Ambassador Yitzchak Rabin, promised himself that someday he would be Israel’s ambassador to the United States.
Like a great many American dreamers, Oren’s ambition was realized — sort of.
Oren was Israel’s ambassador to the U.S., 2009-2013, during Barack Obama’s first term. But the American administration under Obama had more in common with the Jewish folkloric town of Chelm, the town of wise fools, than with the leading nation of the free world.
Jewish children laugh at the tales of Chelm — with the dark comprehension that if things were run like Chelm, the world would be an upside-down place.

The Obama Doctrine: ‘Israel’s Enemy is My Friend’
The entire melt-down between Obama and Netanyahu has been cynically manufactured by the White House in order to allow Obama to implement his delusional secret Iranian strategy.
As my friend Joshua Pundit reported last week via our mutual friend Omri Ceren, a correction on The New York Times’s own website reads as follows:
An earlier version of this article misstated when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel accepted Speaker John A. Boehner’s invitation to address Congress. He accepted after the administration had been informed of the invitation, not before.
In short, the White House was properly informed of the invitation to Prime Minister Netanyahu. But Obama offered no objection until he decided that the time was ripe to slander him.
And of course, the usual liberal Jews — stalking horses for the Democrat party — are chiming in like a bunch of eager-to-please court eunuchs.
Melanie Phillips, who defines herself as a liberal who has “been mugged by reality” takes on Obama and his disgraceful enablers.
