Lenin coined the phrase “useful idiots” to describe fellow travelers in the US and Europe who were willfully blind to the Communist Party’s mass murders, deportations, and forced starvations.
Pat Condell unmasks the useful idiots who are today’s liberals/progressives.
This is a follow-up to Condell’s previous video, The Great Palestinian Lie.

Speaking of useful idiots, a bunch of OWS creatures occupied—hey, I thought they were against occupation!—the lobby of the Israeli consulate in Boston. You will be told that this is some splinter group that does not represent the OWS movement, but of course this is a lie.

No to put too fine a point on it, but these people are idiots. They marched on the Israeli Embassy on Shabbat, when the embassy was closed and no personnel were present.
Once again, a reminder that Obama voiced support for the OWS, comparing them to the Tea Party.
Let’s review: The Tea Parties applied for permits, rallied peacefully for one day where they saluted the American flag, sang patriotic songs, spoke about the national debt and the need for a less instrusive government. Support for Israel was a prominent theme in every rally. The Tea Party never caused civil disturbance, they were not a lawless mob who shut down a busy port endangering commerce and jobs, nor were they incubators of theft, rape, destruction of property and vocal Jew-hatred. The Tea Party cleaned up after themselves, quietly went home, organized their local precincts and voted Democrats out of office in record numbers.
The OWS are Obama’s people, which is to say: professional agitators, grifters, socialists, drug addicts, vagrants, communists, nihilists, anarchists, Islamists, and lice-ridden dirt bags who wallow in fetid encampments.
The longer the OWS movement festers the less likely it is that Obama will be reelected.
It’s no secret OWS’s anti-Israel animosity is shared by Obama and Europe. Drudge has this link to an article on ynet news in which it is reported that Obama and Nicholas Sarkozy were caught by microphone having made derogatory comments about the Israeli prime minister.

It’s not the fact that these so-called leaders of the free world hate Israel; that to me is a given. What I found most disturbing about the incident was that reporters were made to sign agreement not to publish the comments.
Good post, Abigail. I agree 100% — I am not at all surprised by Obama’s statement, but the fact that the press agreed to squash the story is very telling. You can rest assured if Bush had made a comment about another world leader on an open mic that the press would have made it a front page story and kept it in the news cycle as long as possible. Such is the standard for the modern liberal press!
On her radio show today, Dana Loesch asked the spokesman for the St Louis mayor why the Tea Party rallies had to get permits and insurance for one day while the occupiers have been camping out in the plaza downtown for seven weeks for free (breaking the law by putting up tents and also breaking the law by not vacating by 10 pm each day).
The response was that the Tea Party was more responsible and that if they had claimed an inability to pay they wouldn’t have had to pay for a permit or insurance. These Democrat mayors are enablers. They should not be surprised when future groups ignore any laws they feel are too much trouble or expense.
Condell makes so much sense but for those that don’t want to see the truth he may as well have been speaking in Latin or Swahili. After all there are a lot of people, contrary to mountains of evidence, that are just so sure Obama is a great friend of Israel.

The unintended consequences of the “everybody gets a trophy” generation…
Condell is just so darn articulate.
People over the age of 12 who join in responsive chants, with the exception of counselors in summer camp, are idiots. People who chant mindless slogans whose purpose is to avoid reasoned discussion are idiots. No surprise, then, that the OWS people are idiots.
“Hey Hey! Ho Ho – [fill in blank] has got to go!” 😉
